Rear Admiral Festus Porbeni (Rtd.)

Chairman

Rear Admiral Festus Porbeni (Rtd.) is a distinguished naval officer, diplomat and public-sector leader with decades of experience spanning military service, government, diplomacy and private enterprise. He served as Nigeria’s Minister of Transport and later as Nigerian Ambassador to Equatorial Guinea, bringing extensive experience in leadership, governance, national infrastructure and international relations. Following his public service career, he has remained active in business and investment across real estate, oil and gas and financial services. As Chairman of Trifort International Services, he provides strategic oversight, governance and institutional guidance to support the company’s long-term growth.

Margaret Porbeni

Chief Executive Officer

Margaret Porbeni is Chief Executive Officer of Trifort Global, providing strategic leadership across corporate growth, client relationships, commercial strategy, Nigerian Content and service delivery. She has over a decade of experience across oil and gas services, consulting, business development and operations. She began her career at PwC in Strategy and Operations before joining Arco Marine & Oilfield Services, where she gained experience across client acquisition, logistics and procurement. At Trifort, she leads the company’s growth with a focus on disciplined execution, strong client partnerships and the development of Nigerian technical capability.

Datare Porbeni

Chief Operating Officer

Datare Porbeni is Chief Operating Officer of Trifort Global, responsible for operational planning, project delivery, workforce mobilisation, vendor coordination and service continuity across the company’s activities. He has extensive experience across the oil and gas value chain, with a background spanning Nigerian Content implementation, logistics, procurement and commercial operations. His career includes roles at the Nigerian Content Development & Monitoring Board, Sahara Group, Trafigura and Vitol. At Trifort, he provides operational oversight and drives a structured, process-led approach to delivering client requirements safely, efficiently and consistently.

Dr. Joyce Barber

Executive Director

Dr. Joyce Barber is an accomplished physician, corporate leader and entrepreneur with over 30 years of experience at the Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation (NNPC), where she rose to serve as Acting Managing Director of NNPC Medical Services. A specialist in Occupational Medicine, she brings extensive experience in corporate health, workforce wellbeing, organisational leadership and governance. She has also served as National President of the Medical Women’s Association of Nigeria and has built successful business interests across healthcare, hospitality and transportation. As Executive Director of Trifort International Services, she contributes strategic oversight, governance and organisational guidance to support the company’s sustainable growth.

Engr Patrick Jessah

Technical Director

Patrick Jessah is Technical Director at Trifort International Services, providing technical leadership across operations, maintenance, engineering and project delivery. He brings over 15 years of experience across oil and gas, industrial and energy operations, with expertise in rotating equipment, maintenance and reliability, asset performance and project management. His career includes several years managing operations and maintenance activities at Nigerian Agip Oil Company’s OB/OB Gas Plant, alongside engineering experience in Nigeria and Canada. At Trifort, Patrick oversees technical execution, equipment reliability and the safe and efficient delivery of client requirements.
